Too much water can be bad for you

Some people believe that drinking copious amounts of water is beneficial, regardless of their medical problems. Well, if you have congestive heart failure or chronic kidney disease, you are advised to be on the fluid restriction of no more than 1800 ml/day (60 Oz/day) or even 1500 ml/day (50 Oz/day) in advanced cases. Be mindful that the measured fluid should include not only water; but also milk, juice, coffee, tea, soda, etc.  

Do Not Drink large amount of water if you have congestive heart failure or chronic kidney disease!
